10 Mesmerising Pictures Of Queen Of Hills Mussoorie After Heavy Snow Fall

Mussorie witnessed heavy snowfall on Saturday (7^th, January 2017) much to the delight of the locals and tourists alike.

Snowfall was also reported from all across Uttarakhand. Districts of Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Nainital, Rudraprayag, Dehradun, Pauri saw heavy snowfall.

Since Friday, there were indications of an impending change in weather when cold winds started to blow in Mussorie. Heavy clouds hung over the skies overlooking the Queen of The Hills. At around 8 pm, it started raining dropping the temperature to under 0 degree Celsius.

Throughout Saturday, snowfall kept people enthralled. Mussorie was enveloped by a blanket of ice making it look like a scene straight of a fairy tale.

Tourist destination of Dhanaulti also reported snowfall.

As soon as the news spread about the snowfall in Mussorie, people from Dehradun started thronging to Mussorie.
