Eleven days long medical camp is going to be held from 4th to 14th April at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The medical camp is going to be focused on providing critical plastic surgery for the underprivileged. Expert surgeons team from America will come for the medical camp. America’s Research International Society is going to finance the medical camp entirely and all surgeries will be performed entirely free of cost.
This is going to be the 14th camp of its kind. Research International Society, America has over fifteen centers around the world and one of them is situated in Dehradun. This center has been organizing such medical camps every year at Dehradun. Helping Hands Hospital, IT Park, Dehradun also has ties with Research International Society, America. It has been in alliance with the Research International Society, America since 2006. It has even held many camps in the past, however, the coming one is expected to be at a very large scale. The medical camp is being organized with the aim to perform free plastic surgeries by American medical experts. All the expenses of the plastic surgeries will be financed by the American Research societies.
The news was confirmed by the CEO Beverely Cant at a press conference in a hotel at Dehradun. Others present at the event were IAS officer S. K. Das, Vinita Puri who is the head plastic surgeon at K. E. M. Hospital, Mumbai, Sujata Mehta Director, Reconstructive Surgery India, Hyderabad, Dr. Yogi Eren, Dr. Kush Eren, Shiksha Eren and Pradeep Kumar. The eleven days medical camp will benefit the poor section of the society immensely. All the patients who need to undergo a plastic surgery will have to get themselves registered at Helping Hands Hospital, IT Park Dehradun on 3rd April 2017 from morning 7 am to 10 am.
However being a critical medical procedure, the extremely needy cases will be prioritized. All the plastic surgeries will be held during the eleven days span at the Helping Hands Hospital financed by Research International Society, America.
