6th May 2018, Dehradun: The two-day long Black & White GETTOGETHERS ‘India Couture Lifestyle Fashion Week 2018’ commenced at Hotel Madhuban today. The lifestyle fashion week is being organized by the VG Fashion Entertainment.
The program commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony. The Chief Guest on the occasion was the BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi. The first day of the fashion show saw participation from 5 designers and 30 models from all over the country. The day one of the fashion show witnessed a total of 5 sequences.
The inaugural day witnessed models walking the ramp for renowned designers from Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh & Assam.
Each designer showcased their unique and inspiring designs which made a prominent mark on the fashion industry and marked unique fashion statement.
Dehradun fashion market has been constantly evolving over the years now. New trends have emerged with increasing fashion events in the city. People in Dehradun are interested in fashion. Also, a number of designers are based in the state which makes it interesting and viable to host similar fashion events in the capital city.
